Delivery & Returns

How long does it take to get my order?

We will send you a proof within 24hrs of your online order [Monday to Friday] and once this is approved by you, we will print and despatch your order within 3-5 working days. If your order is a repeat job we will aim to get your order despatched within 2-4 working days.

Shipping & Delivery

We use Royal Mail First Class Mail 1st or 2nd class signed for delivery and a Next Day Courier Service when despatching your order. Depending on the quantity and value of your order you will have the option to choose your preferred method of delivery at checkout.

Our delivery charges start from just £1.95 for Royal Mail 2nd Class, £2.95 for Royal mail 1st class and from £8.50 for a Next Day Courier Service. All prices exclude VAT where applicable.

Tracking your order

Once your order is despatched we will email you and if you have chosen to have your order shipped by courier we will also provide a tracking code.

Do you deliver outside of the UK?

We can deliver outside of the UK mainland however we would ask that you contact us first to get a delivery price.

Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your merchandise within 14 days for a refund. Please contact Stamp Name badges on 0161 969 7788 or info@stampnamebadges.co.uk to let us know any problems or questions that you may have so we can try to resolve the issue.
